When we moved house a couple of months ago, we realised that the old steel oil tank there was also not long for this world and contacted IB Heating again. Ian provided a sensible quote and the new bunded oil tank was installed cleanly and efficiently.
In both cases, the old oil tanks were carefully removed and taken away with any residual oil transferred to the new tanks.
Overall, an excellent service and highly recommended.

Ian was a life saviour as we discovered a minor leak in our plastic oil tank. He came out late at night to pump out the oil which was stored safely and cleanly. He and his team re built a concrete base to meet current regulations and installed a new oil tank. I couldn't fault his service and professionalism from start to finish. Ian was recommended to me by a family member who had used him before.
I can't fault IB Heating nor recommend them enough. Price was reasonable and they did a very neat and professional job. My wife is OCD and appreciated their tidiness.
They gave clear instruction on how to use the system at handover.
After a week or two the magnetic filter developed a leak. This was a manufacturing fault not as a result of the installation. IB came out the very same day and quickly resolved the issue without fuss.

I can not thank Ian and his team enough for their hard work and absolute persistence to getting our heating system transferred over to a fully pressurised system. We have had ongoing problems for around three years, with plumber after plumber being called in. iB Heating are professional, reliable, personable and go out of their way to ensure everything is working exactly as it should be. I won't be using anyone else going forward, they are fantastic.
New boiler installed, Ian and Gary powerflushed the whole system thoroughly even though it was an old system, others had refused to do this. Im very impressed with the service, Will definately be reccomending to my friends and family.
