Frequently Asked Questions

Fuel starvation, this can be due to running out of oil or a blockage in the filter or oil line

Once the tank is re filled you will need an engineer to visit and bleed through your oil line

All oil boiler burners have a lockout button, if this is illuminated it usually means the burner failed to light, this can be due to fuel starvation or a faulty burner component. You can push the red button but if it fails to light again you will need an engineer to visit (don't forget to check your tank has sufficient oil in it)
