Updating old system
New Vaillant boiler with an unvented mains pressurised hot water cylinder
Our client came to us having purchased a beautiful barn conversion, unfortunately the existing system was letting the property down with poor water pressure and lack lustre heating from a combi boiler. The boiler was under powered for the property and if someone was trying to shower no one else could open a tap as the pressure and temperature in the shower would fluctuate too much. They were even topping up the bath from the kettle.
We re designed the system and installed a new Vaillant boiler with an unvented mains pressurised hot water cylinder, A lot of new pipework and some additional radiators were added to the system.
The result is a cosy warm house with the showers able to run simultaneously without a lack of hot water or a drop in water pressure if another tap is opened, and the ability to fill a hot bath in 4 minutes.
