Full new plumbing and heating system

As part of a full refurbishment of a beautiful old lighthouse cottage we were asked to design and install a plumbing and heating system to serve traditional column radiators and 2 bathrooms.

A full first fix in copper was completed, pressure tested and flushed.

Second fix of oil boiler, unvented cylinder pipework and controls were installed.

We used a Honeywell S plan with a hive smart controls system a Grant Vortex oil boiler and Gledhill 250 litre unvented hot water cylinder.

We then installed these beautiful cast iron radiators, tested and fully commissioned the system,
